This thermal insulation allows the maintenance of about 22 ° C all year round, without the use of additional cooling or heating appliances, with which the building will achieve class B + on the energy efficiency scale. The plaster is elastomeric, reinforced with carbon, glass and polyacrylamide fibers; resistant to weathering, mechanical damage and the development of mold and mildew; waterproof, with active self-cleaning effect, with a high degree of vapor permeability.

For the residential part we will use a 6-chamber profile of ALUPLAST - Germany, with biaxial opening and fitting of SIEGENIA - Germany, triple glazing with a thickness of 38 mm for better noise and thermal insulation, glazing with greenish tint and glass "four seasons". This type of glass saves energy in both summer and winter, cooling costs are reduced by at least 40%, and heating costs by half, as well as reduces the amount of UV rays and their damage. The masonry will be performed with Wienerberger Porotherm - Austria.

The common areas will be filled with granite and decorative designer plasters. The elevator is electric, gearless. Surveillance, controlled access, energy independent ice lighting in front of and around the building, as well as in the yard, optical connection (optical cable) to each apartment for high speed internet and television will be built.
